At Planet Caravan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
